Setup:

1. Download the MHDS Status Agent Plugin
2. Install and activate this plugin on the website you want to monitor.
3. Go to Settings > MHDS Status Agent.
4. Enter the Site ID, Shared Secret and the Hub Ingest URL from your MHDS Status Hub.
5. Save.
6. Optionally click “Send Test Report Now”.

Features:

• Sends a signed status report every 10 minutes.
• Exposes a lightweight ping endpoint at /wp-json/wsa/v1/ping.
• Reports WordPress version, active theme and available core/plugin/theme updates.
• Includes maintenance mode hints.
